Training

Training PlanIn order to complete the Palmetto Expedition safely, you’ll want to train well in advance of the event. To help you be successful, we’ve worked with a professional coach (thanks Coach LeGrand!) to develop a six month training plan. In addition, we’ve created a Palmetto Expedition Club on Strava where we can support one another online as we complete the training process. Finally, we’ll be holding monthly group training hikes so you can meet other participants and get outside for a nice training hike!
